Devilsaur vs Corehound pvp

Ok I tryin to clear this up...... which one is best for pvp a Devilsaur or a Corehound I hear that a Devilsaur is but then I hear a Corehound is.... or which one is better than the other?
devilsaur more crit chance and helps kill healer fast:D

If your fighting casters, use corehound, they have spell cast slow. If your fighting melee, or a self healer like a pally, use devilsaur for heal reduction
A Chimera has AoE with 30% casting speed reduction with a movement slow, rather than a Core Hound having a single-target 25% casting speed reduction.
ancient hysteria can't be used in teh arena
Use devilsaur for 5% crit, then dismiss and pop out a spirit beast for agi and self healing.

Or silithid.
