Priorities on Stats for PvP?

[:1]How much hit do I need, do I need any spellpen, whats more important crit or haste, what to reforge for? Any information would helpful thank you!

Mage armor stacks with the 195 resistance so the cap is actually at 240, but as a hunter you really shouldn't be going over 220, most (including myself) don't go past 195.

The hunter spell cap is 195, thats it.
5% for hit as said above.

as far as the spell pen I've had both 170 and 220.

I personally don't mind missing out on a few agi to fully cap spell pen.

Get the highest amount of crit possible. Reforge everything to crit as long as you still have 5% hit.

Sometimes I even bust out a wolf for furious howl buff if I feel like during a bg I'm not really the offense's focus. Otherwise I use my spidey for defense.
