Help Please

[:1]I am still fairly new to DPS as a hunter (spent most of my WoW career as a resto shaman) I was wondering if someone could look at my gear and tell me if i need to change gemming and any helpful tips. (I know my shoulders are leather, sorry)

Leather shoulders are pretty much inexcusable, especially since you know they are wrong. The PvP mail shoulders would be better just because they are mail.

Best bet to actually get specific advice is to look at the guides already provided for you and come back with specific questions about a certain stat, or a certain piece of advice that is giving you trouble. Until then, some folks on the forums will give you a piece of their minds for asking for general advice on your gear without checking the resources that are READILY available to you first. Heck, you could even search the first few pages of threads in this forum and probably find a number of other threads asking this EXACT same question and take the advice given to those people.

As a general rule, you gem 40 agility to all slots, even yellow and blue, unless the socket has a bonus of 20 agility or better.

You're hit cap should be close to or above 8.00%, so you could either reforge excess hit or replace some 40 hit gems.

As a hunter, you get a bonus 5% to main stat (agility) when wearing a full mail set, so replacing the shoulders with a mail type armor would help a lot.

Some pieces of armor are missing enchants, I'll give some suggestions:
Head: 60 agility/35 haste : requires revered with Ramhaken
Shoulders: 50 agility/25 mastery : requires revered with Earthen Ring
Cloak: 50 or 65 critical strike
Chest: 15 or 20 to all stats
Bracers: 50 agility
Gloves: 20 agility
Belt: Ebonsteel Belt Buckle (and a subsequent 40 agility gem)
Legs: 190 AP and 55 critical strike
Boots: either 35 agility, or 25 agility + movement speed
Main Weapon: 130 agility
Ranged Weapon: Gnomish Xray Scope, or Flintlocke Woodchucker

Talents and Glyphs look good :)
