Best stats for a pvp bm hunter?

What are the best stats to stack for a BM hunter? Thanks in advance.
i think its agl>hit-5%>haste>Mast>spell pen tho i might be horribly wrong
I would think it would be agility > hit cap > spell pen cap > mastery > crit > haste.
